Texas Braggin' Chili

  1. 3 lbs. good ground beef
  2. 2 buds garlic
  3. 1 tsp. comino seeds
  4. 1 huge onion, chopped
  5. 1 sm. can tomato paste
  6. 4 bouillon beef cubes
  7. 1 sm. can Ranch style beans (optional)
  8. Pepper to taste
  9. 1 lg. can tomato juice or V-8 juice to make it soupy
  1. Brown beef
  2. While this is heating, brown the ground beef with chopped onion.
  3. Soften garlic and onions
  4. Add to beef
  5. Add everything else
  6. Simmer 2-3 hours adding more juice, bouillon or water as required
