Really Ready Chili
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup picante sauce
- 1 (16-ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- In a medium skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain.
- Stir in tomato sauce, picante sauce, kidney beans, and chopped onion.
- Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes over low heat.
- Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese just before serving.
