Mexican Baked Chili

  1. 1 pound lean ground beef
  2. 1 can chili beans, drained
  3. 1 pint jar salsa
  4. 12 ounces Mexican cheese
  1. Brown beef and add beans and salsa.
  2. Cook over low heat until most of the liquid is gone.
  3. Pour into a casserole dish and cover the top with cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with nachos or Fritos Scoops.
