Hillbilly Chili

  1. 1 pound lean ground beef
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    4 cans tomatoes, crushed
    4 cans pinto beans
  2. 1 envelope chili seasoning
    Chili powder, to taste
    JalapeƱo pepper juice, to taste
    1 to 2 tablespoons vinegar
  1. Brown ground beef in large saucepan, stirring until crumbly; drain.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add tomatoes and beans. Cook over medium heat until bubbly.
  4. Add chili seasoning, chili powder, and pepper juice. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
