Green Tomato Chili

  1. 2 pounds ground chuck
  2. 1 small onion
  3. 2 medium green tomatoes
  4. 1 envelope chili seasoning
  5. 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  6. 1 can red kidney beans, drained
  7. 1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
  8. 1 tablespoon green chiles
  1. Brown ground chuck in skillet. Do not drain liquid.
  2. Add diced green tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add diced onion and remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer until mixture thickens.
