A Taste of the UK Texas Chili
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 3 (15 1/2 oz.) can small red beans, undrained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 (6 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato paste
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- In large skillet brown beef, onion, green pepper and garlic; drain fat.
- Stir in rest of ingredients.
- Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes.
