A Taste of the UK Texas Chili


INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  2. 1 medium onion, chopped
  3. 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  4. 3 (15 1/2 oz.) can small red beans, undrained
  5. 1 clove garlic, minced
  6. 2 (6 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato paste
  7. 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  8. 2 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. In large skillet brown beef, onion, green pepper and garlic; drain fat.
  2. Stir in rest of ingredients.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes.
